Hi, I’m Laura – After interviewing 30,000 people
in my recruiting career and experiencing a journey of personal growth.

I know all humans are capable of reaching extraordinary. However, many choose mediocrity at an alarming rate.

Through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, I guide individuals to live purpose-driven lives, achieve meaningful success, and build careers they are proud of—without compromising their authenticity, well-being, or joy.
